  •  Arrives frozen°
  •  Store at -18°C or below.
  •  Thaw under refrigeration (+2°C & +7°C) for 16 - 24 hours before use. Do not thaw at room temperature.
  •  Pour Silverbake Artisanal Gold Whipping Cream into a clean , dry mixing bowl. Do not add water.
  •  Shake well before opening & Pour into a chilledbowl (should not exceed 18% of bowl capacity).
  •  For best results whip at 7°C to 10°C. Whip at medium speed for 8 to 12 minutes until soft peaks form.
  •  Do not over whip, if you do, add more Silverbake Artisanal Gold Whipping Cream and rewhip until product returns to recommended soft peak appearance.
  •  Unused and unopened packages should be stored frozen.
  •  Never refreeze the product once opened.
