- Thaw under refrigeration at +2°C to +7°C for 16 to 24 hours before use. Do not thaw at room temperature.
- Shake well before opening. Pour SilverBake Twister Whip into a clean, dry mixing bowl.
- Volume of the liquid should not be more than 18% of bowl capacity. Do not add water.
- If desired add colour, flavour or sweetening agent during whipping.
- Whip at medium to high speed till soft peaks form.
- Whipped product must be refrigerated and can be frozen.
